cl flushentitypacket

i am sorry if the topic already exists but anyway...
I cant understand what's wrong... I have win xp sp3 x86, no antivirus (system is clear, it's a new computer) Steam and CS work correctly, I often play in internet on different server... But when I try to start EAC it works also correctly. I start steam, than EAC, choose server and than start CS. I can connect to the server, but after a few seconds CS lags and in the top left corner appears a red line cl_flushentitypacket and that's all... I tryed to reinstall Windows 7 and vista - nothing has changed...
