Dont send when instaling

What is the problem?
I download EAC and trying to install and here what is:

Hello,

Please re-download the client manually from the website and ensure that you have cleaned your web browser's cache / temporary files, to ensure that you are getting the fresh client version.

I tryed to cleac cache and it still dont work, i reinstal windows and the work but after 3 days i get dont send again...

dont send i fixed but now is the problem that saying update ir from website, i redownload ant chean caches but still asking update xDD what to do now?
