Problems with EAC
Hi there,
I'm getting
202.172.112.30 unknown/old gameclient
And players are able to connect to the servers but get kicked regardless of being connected to our provider.
Any ideas on what's going on?

Re: Problems with EAC
I am also having the same problem. I am running Windows 7, the game in question is Counter Strike Source and our EasyAntiCheat server is being run on a privately owned VPS. The server has the TCP port 50300 NAT forwarded, and there is no outgoing firewall in effect.

Re: Problems with EAC
Hello,
This problem is caused by either blocked connections to ports 50300 / 50301 (TCP), or container VPS's that are not real virtual machines. There seems to be an incompatibility between container VPS's and Java framework because of the way these containers handle system calls.
You can fix the issue by setting up and using a real virtual machine instead of these containers. For example VMWare or XEN will work fine.
