EAC kicks for Teamspeak3 overlay?

- Error code and message given by EasyAntiCheat client
Disconnect: Kicked by Console : "[EAC] Cheat [15]".

- Detailed description about the issue
I've always been able to play with EAC and never had any issues with it untill today.
I updated my Teamspeak and tested the overlay option.
Had some issues with it, fixed it by downloading binkw32.dll
Joined EAC server and got kicked by EAC and banned from the server.

- Operating system and architecture (for example 'Windows Vista 64bit')
Windows 7 (Seven) 32bit
Teamspeak 3.0.0 [Build: 14954]
Qt Version: 4.7.2
DirextX overlay plugin 3.1.3
API Version 13

- Moment when the issue occurs (for example 'When the game menu loads', 'On connecting to game server')
Getting kicked after 10-20 seconds of being in the server.

- In-game resolution and whether the game is in full screen or windowed -mode
Fullscreen 848*480

Tried joining without TS3 overlay and it worked, not on the same server because the server banned after EAC kick. I'd also like to know if the TS3 changes hl2.exe in any way that could cause a VAC ban?

EDIT: Also have TSNotifier Helper Plugin 1.4.1
Thought I uninstalled it but teamspeak still seems to be loading it.

The account has been banned because of triggering game specific cheat -detection.

If you were not banned on other server, it is because that server provider has not then updated their EAC server software correctly.

TeamSpeak3 does not trigger an EAC ban.

Note: It is also possible that the owner of the RCON password had kicked you with fake message.

I didn't even tell you my steamID so how could you know if and why I was banned? (I still am not)
I understand that TS3 doesn't trigger a ban, but maybe the [b][u]overlay [/u][/b]because it draws on top of the game?
But you're saying this has nothing to do with the overlay and that EAC detected a real cheat? So this isn't a bug?

Also note that it was only after needing to update EAC today, not before that....

That was really helpful.
Thing is I'm still not banned, just get kicked everytime after 10 - 30 seconds.
