Trouble with CS (1.6)

Hi!
When I start Eac and choose where I want to play and so.. It flows on perfectly but when I have started CS it will take a 30 sec or 1 min and EAC will close CS and this error popup comes.
" Initilization procedure timed out!
Please restart the game and avoid minimizing before it has reached the game menu.
