COULD NOT RETRIEVE NEWEST VERSION INFORMATION!

Next, my problem with eac ta every time I see you open it. Whenever the message "Could not retrieve ..." already downloaded a thousand times on the site, do not know what it can, already uninstall my antivirus, I disabled my fire wall and antivirus switched up. I have two option to do if nobody helps, put your foot on the computer, or go formats.

Seguinte, meu eac ta com problema toda hora que eu vo abri ele. Sempre aparece a mensagem "Could not retrieve..." ja baixei mil vezes no proprio site, não sei oque isso pode se, ja desistalei meu antivirus, desativei meu fire wall e troquei até de antivirus. Tenho duas alternativa pra faze se ninguem ajuda, mete o pé no computador, ou, ir formata.

aqui aconteceu o mesmo problema luto infelizmente hj dia 2 de fevereiro o meu eac nao atualiza mas as 3 da manha do dia 2 ele estava funcionando perfeitamente eu acho que o problema talvez nao seja no meu pc pois o site do eac esta em manutencao neste momento!!!me ajude a resolver este problema.
